System 32 Folder Opens At Startup

Hi- I was helping a friend with his computer. Computer automatically opens the system32 folder each time. I researched issue and have tried everything under the sun.. Spybot, Registry Mechanic, Antivirus, Trendmicro, checked for null run entry (as per Microsoft). Below is the log. Thanks!

Hello ritzy and welcome to the TomCoyote Forums

My name is Trevuren and I will be helping you with your problem. The problem of the folder opening can wait until we clean up your system which is infected with a trojan redirector. This infection monitors your browsing habits and distributes the data back to the author's servers for analysis. This also prompts advertising popups.


Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.
