51 Hours Later W/only 6 Hours Of Sleep! Malware Still Not Gone

I combofixed, I ad-awared, I pest-patroled, I spybotted, I ATF cleaned, I Eiwidoied.. I safemoded..at after my firt pop-up advertisement on 6/19/07 around 9:30am I still can't get rid of this sucker.

After several deletions, quarantines, logging...everything comes up clean-about 15min after starting to surf-it starts right back up, with AVG Anti-Spy flashing all the malware and trojan warnings.

I've removed things from the registry, etc. I am now at a lost and need to sleep-not to mention I need to get some work done. Here is my latest hijack file log.
