When I am on the web porn pages come up and avg asks what i want to do with worm it found.

http://www.safer-net...ools/index.html

unzip it to your desktop. click the icon
step1
copy/paste this in window:

C:\Windows\system32\isys32.exe

click continue button.

it will make a .cab archive of the file on your desktop. please attach that file in your email client and send it to me at:

download Gmer to desktop:

http://www.gmer.net/

unzip it and click the icon to run, select the Rootkit tab and click the scan button near the bottom.
after the scan select the copy button, open notepad and paste the log in. name and save the txt file somewhere and post it in next reply.

scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.

aslo what programs should i use in the future to prevent the hijacking, thanks for all of your help.


ok since you asked:
you have avg antivirus ( for virus) and superantispyware (for malware) this is good, keep them updated.
you might think about a firewall which will not protect you from downloading stuff.

you can have all kinds of software but it will not help you. you still have to make decsions. software often prevents a user with options, like: install? allow? etc. you have to make the right decsions. the only way to potect yourself is to learn how malware can get on your computer and to avoid doing those things or at least know that what your doing could result in malware problems. link
