Hijack log included, hope you can help.

I had Norton AV subsciption but read that Kasperski would be faster.
I de-installed Norton with their de-installer and I installed Kasperski.

Now starting Word by clicking a doc. takes three minutes to give me a grey screen with word butons
and another three minutes to load the doc. 6 minutes is MUUUCH worse than what I had :rant2:

Word at the bottom info line says 'virus scanning' but it does nothing, it is just waiting 3 minutes.
Excel starts fast but takes 3 minutes to load a doc.
Checking task manager, you can see lsass is reading and writing some bits. CPU = 98% idle, csrss reads some.
Oh, yes: now my sony-ericsson PC-suite can not start anymore (even after reinstalling): 'can't load configuration'
so goodbye synchronising my phone calendar with the PC calendar.

Then I rang Kaspersky helpdesk four times.
- I had switched off Kasperski, and even de-installed it. That did not help
- re-installed Word and Excel and this did not help
- I have downloaded Hitman pro (after shutting off Kasp) and cleaned everything, but it still doesn't help
This is what Kaspersky now says, but I don't want to delete system files.

Now Kaspersky helpdesk says I have to reinstall Windows cause he thinks Windows is infected or corrupt.

I did not expect these problems, so five PC's were changed to Kaspersky and they ALL face the same problem.
I really do not want to re-install all these systems. That would cost me a week.

Would anyone know what to do here ?
