During instalation of a program i take from emule i recieved a message that the control center of avg and control center of windows were off and the computer was in risk. Imediately i stop the process. After that i can´t instal any anti-virus software and the same with spybot. Every time i start the computer the control center, automatic updates and firewall are disable. I tried to instal avast but it don´t finds the main exe file, it only runs the simple interface and don´t gives active protection, email…..and so on. Kaspersky online scan don´t runs. Symantec online scan runs but finds any threat. Ad-aware is working and finds nothing bad. Avg anti-spyware don´t makes updates and resident protection don´t work. It´s also impossible to intall the windows updates. Do you think this is a virus or any kind of threat ? I don´t find a solution for this big problem, so if someone can help thank you ! Do you think it´s necessary/important to post a hijack log file?
I did a scan with Bitdefender online and it finds Win32.Bagle.SRI@mm but it didn´t remove the virus, only some infected files.
I´ll open a newtopic, with the title " Help to eliminate Win32.Bagle.SRI@mm" in HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal with the HijackThis log.
I think this virus can be the problem for all the related problems in my pc.
Any help is welcome

If there are additional "system related" concerns after the machine is "all clear" from malware removal, then please feel free to post back here with the additional work. Best Regards
