Help Oinserver Virus

I cant get rid of this oinserver virus!! Now I can even see in my program list even after I try to uninstall it!! Here is my hijackthis logfile.

Please follow this procedure HERE, you don't have to install MVPS Hosts.

Post the ComboFix log and a fresh HJT log back here.
