Welcome to the forum, sorry for the delay in responding, beside being most times overwhelmed with logs you replied to yourself and that took you out of the zero reply catagory that we look for to work logs.
Open HijackThis > Do a System Scan Only, close your browser and all open windows, the only program or window you should have open is HijackThis, check the following entries and click on Fix Checked.
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
Do you know what this is, if you set it then leave it alone. If not call your ISP and see if they set it. Its taking me to Experts Exchange
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=localhost:1039
If you set these or your systems administrator set them then leave them be otherwise fix them
O6 - HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
O6 - HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present
The rest of your log looks fine, what issues are you having to make you post in a malware removal forum ??
