Cant Logon To Most Logins

for a while now i have experence alot of problems logging into most logins for example i cant log on to yahoo mail or hotmail. and with aim i cant even go to aim.com it just pulls up page can not be displayed and if i do it on my dads computer it goes right up so its not a routing issue. but also if i register on a new site then about 3 days later it wont let me log on to some of them. i dont know what the heck is going on with my computer we have even reinstalled windows and it still has this problem i currently have bit defender 10 as my antivirus and use adaware se proffesional occasonlaly. can anyone at all help me with this problem?

im accually starting to wonder if there is some type of virus or something stored
deep into my hard drive even passed windows that screwes with my computer. but im
really getting sick and tired of not being able to go onto my email and most of my
website that i go to INCLUDING myspace.com aim.commobile17.com and a few others it
just pulls up page cannot be displade which my dad on his computer going though the
same router is able to.he even checked all the settings in the router and we have
all the same ( - a few port number)

One thing that i have a problem with is that ipwin thing my bitdefender says its trying to connect to the interent and even if i click yes all ofa sudden it pops up you have been affected by a trojan but has been blocked so i click no every day…. but ya please help me out
