Clear your Temp and Temporary Internet Files Folders.
Run Spybot Search and Destroy.
Run your onboard AntiVirus.
Run more than one of the following;
Housecall - TrendMicro
Panda Online Scan
Kaspersky Online Scan.
Post your results back here.
