I will be posting my log soon...

[/But heres the Problems I have right now with My computer:
1. Has a very slow start-up. I have tried to fix this problem through accessing MSCONFIG and disabling many programs, but it is still slow.

2. SVCHOST.exe takes up too much memory and resource utilization. To fix this I have run ad-aware, and McAfee VirusScan numerous times. I think I may have a hijacking or virus problem. Could I have some advice.

3. WUAUCLT.exe takes up too much memory and resource utilization. What is this process and how can i fix the problem?

4. My Outlook Office program doesn't work, there is an error.

5. My computer has shut down several times for no reason because I believe I need to update my driver. Where would I look for a driver update to fix the error?

6. Once in a will I get this pop-up window that says something like "terminate cannot read memory '0000 (i don't know a bunch of zeros and letters'". What does this mean?

Sorry for the delay
If you still need help and haven't posted at another forum.

Download and install AVG Anti-Spyware (ewido). Then scan and save the log from the scan.
Instructions and download link can be found here.

Then run this online scan. Save the report.

Rescan with hijackthis and post a new log with the results from AVG .
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
I will be emailed when you reply.
