Internet Explorer issues and New folders being created in Application

I think I got this when I mistakenly downloaded and opened a bad install file I downloaded... but ever since, Internet Explorer has these popups that have "CiD" on the top and then bring me to various websites like Hollywood.com and other random ones.

I've also found that something is creating a folder and program on my computer in the All Users/Application Data folder called "Phone Open Log That" and even though I delete it, something creates it again. Also, sometimes I notice in my task manager tha iexplore is running all by itself when it is not open on my screen. My virus protector (PcCillin) warns me about some webpage when my browser isn't even open....

So, here's my hijack this log. I've run everything else but I'm scared to open internet explorer again for fear that something is scanning my computer or something.......

Another thing that I just remembered is that there was a program called KEEPER.EXE in that Phone Open Log That folder and it was running in my task manager the other night. I kept trying to close it down but it kept starting up again by itself until I finally found the folder and just deleted the whole folder. About 10 minutes later the folder was created again, but with a different EXE file in it (can't remember the name).
