This computer is less then a month old, and been having BSOD last 2 weeks..Today when opening up internet explorer for 1st time sopybot tea timer was popping up like crazy...Asking to add browser values which I denied..

Also noticed 49 processes going on a reformatted computer??

I am trying everything from reformatting, to being on phone with tech guys all night long..This is my last chance before shipping it back out to the manufacture..

Scanned with pcpitstop and its clean, avg antispyware also clean..both had updates performed before scanning..

Thank you for your help!!!!

Here is my log

hi longtimefan, i dont see any malware in the log. since the computer is so new i would stay on them(tech support)about the BSOD could be hardware related--still under warrenty -------------------------------------- you can do this for a closer look do a scan with avg antimalware: # Once the scan is complete do the following: # If you have any infections you will prompted, then select "Apply all actions" # Next select the "Reports" icon at the top. # Select the "Save report as" button in the lower left hand of the screen and save it to a text file on your system. please post the saved back here in your reply shelf life

Thanks for getting back to me...I have to apologize, I thought this was for general hijack logs and not for mal/spyware.. Anyways I tried looking for the avg anti maleware, with no luck..I have both avg anti virus and anti spyware programs...I found and d/l what I thought was the anti male ware, but it was just the bundled software with no option to install anti male ware..Any ideas? and I do have a box coming for my puter from the manufacture to ship it back..But like I said I wanted to give it one last attempt before I shipped it out next week.. If you feel you have to move the topic, or lock it its okay by me..Sorry for posting this in the right spot to start with.
