Hi I have installed this game called Call of Juarez but when I launch it I get this error message: "The Call of Juarez has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Error signature AppName:coj.exe AppVer:1.0.0.0 ModName: chromeengine3.dll ModVer:1.0.0.0 Offset:00004b30"

I am assuming you legally own this game and haven't downloaded it through the Internet/torrent. I suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall it. Regards, Ax

Yes I legally own this game. And yes I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but with no use.

Good, there are a couple suggestions in the following thread from the game's website:

One has to do with completely removing all traces of the game from your system, including files and registry entries, and another involves an conflict with Kaspersky Antivirus.

Otherwise, you can try their Technical Support forum, probably have some good stuff in the stickies.
