HELP! -heavy malware and spyware hijacking on my PC

I recently purchased the full vesrion of stopzilla and am awaiting it to arrive, meanwhile I am running the download off of tomcoyote.com. today I have been aware of multiple spyware and trojans that have infiltrated my Windows XP. I dont know how what to make of the scan log so I will post it below. If anyone can help me decide which files to delete, I would much appreciated it. Thanks.
