Computer running VERY slow.McAfee came up with:Memory Trojan Name(Generic.dh) & Trojan Name(Generic.dh)

Hi -

You have some nasty infections including backdoor trojans. Do NOT perform online banking, online purchases, etc. until we have finished. In the meantime, change your passwords at sensitive websites from another computer that is not infected.

• HijackThis was not extracted properly. It is currently running from a Temp folder and will get deleted along with the backups it makes when your Temp folders are cleaned out.
Please download the current version from here and save it to a convenient location. This is a self-executing file, so just double-click the file and it will install itself in its own folder in Program Files. Use this version from now on.

• We need to disable your Microsoft Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
* Open Microsoft Windows Defender. Click Start, Programs, Windows Defender
* Click on Tools, General Settings
* Under Real-time protection options, unselect the Turn on real-time protection check box
* Click Save

After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

• Start HijackThis, click System Scan Only and place a checkmark next to the following items:

Close ALL browsers and open windows/programs except HijackThis and click 'Fix Checked'.

• Download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.sub.../Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingc.../Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your Desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install.
Make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

• Once the Desktop loads, please post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new HijackThis log.
Take only memories, leave nothing but footprints.
