SERIOUS HELP

My computer is under attack. Two days ago my Avast protection show me these two malware dealer on my pc but I'm not able to remove anyware. I have a lot of data in.
I tried to follow your indications in other topic but without any results.
Please HELP ME

Hello Albertone and Welcome to TomCoyote,

Please do the following:

Kaspersky Online Scanner from http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

* Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan
Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
  • Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  • Now click on Scan Settings
  • In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
  • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
  • Standard
  • Scan Options:
  • Scan Archives
  • Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK
  • Now under select a target to scan:
  • Select My Computer
  • This will program will start and scan your system.
  • The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
  • Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
  • Now click on the Save as Text button:
  • Save the file to your desktop.
Copy and paste that information from Kapersky in your next post.

Combofix
  • Download this file - combofix.exe
  • Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall



Please post(reply) with the log from Kapersky, the ComboFix log and a new hijackthis log.

WARNING-Combofix

Please Do Not use Combofix and delete Combofix from your computer!

Malware has recently been created and identified that will cause ComboFix to delete normal files and adversely affect your computer.
  • If you have run ComboFix in the past and did not suffer any adverse affects do not worry, but please delete ComboFix now.
  • You must have the specific malware infection present on your system to cause ComboFix to delete the normal files, but as safety precaution you need to delete ComboFix now!
