Below is my hijackthis log file. I have run ad-aware but nothing was found other than the normal tracking cookies form searches. I deleted these but not help. My computer recently crashed and Dell first said my harddrive was bad and replaced it but that was not the problem. They found a bad stick of memory but by then they had wiped my harddrive. I had to reload all my programs. Then I remembered I had just loaded windows media player 11 and that was about the time the slow web surfing started. There was something called URGE that loaded with WM11. I uninstalled it and deleted everything I could find from the files and registry with URGE in the title. That did not help.
