Please help.

I have scanned and removed alot of adwares with different spyware protection (Ad-aware pro, Spypot SD, Counterspy, Spy sweeper)

But I think my problem is much worse. Counterspy detected 2 .wav files being infected with malicious spyware, one being RAT. Is that possible? a .wav file being infected? I deleted them anyway.

It is impossible to use the Start Menu. Everything would freeze.

It is extremely slow and difficult to open windows explorer. It can hangs for quite a while.

I ran the cleaning portion of Smitfraudfix. I did a search before the cleaning but override the log somehow.

Here is HijackThis log before the cleaning

I can't get to them since my explorer is impaired. Antivirus software is very difficult to run. Everything would freeze.
