Running WinX64 PE

Full scanned both my drives in safe mode and system restore off with Avast. Avast detected and removed a virus. Then scanned with Spybot, and Ad-Aware took care of the trojan unloader. ONLY PROBLEM IS THERE IS A RUNDLL.exe that I didnt notice before. Other than that I think I'm in the all clear.

Can anyone double check this for me? Appreciated :).
