Trojan on my computer

Hi,

I am new to this forum but I've heard great things about it, and I've tried to use other peoples posts to solve my issue. I think I got some of the problems off but my virus scanner keeps detecting new viruses (Trojan Horses) about one new one every day. I found a post that fixed a problem I had but there seems to be more viruses since the AVG detector keeps finding new ones.

The Trojan I thought I removed was called this:
Trojan Horse.Downloader.Generic3.KZK
it was in C:\WINDOWS\system32\mqlluwj.dll
there was another spot in the C:\Documents and Settings\David\Application Data\ folder but I do not remember the name.

Anyway I though I removed this, and may have but like I said, there seems to be more. Do you think you can help me remove. I think I am supposed to post my Hijackthis log so I'll do that now.

Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\David\My Documents\00programs\hijackthis\HijackThis.exe

Rename the file to spyware.

Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
