Positively Pestering Panda!

Hello! I am about BALD from pulling out my hair with this Panda nonesense. I MAY have asked to be on thier mailing list MANY MANY moons ago. I just don't remember. However, I have repeatedly performed the steps to get OFF thier mailing list and even directly emailed them with my aggravation. The thing is this…whenever a Panda email arrives in my Outlook Express, I can not block it or delete it. Not only can I not do anything with this email, but after it has been clicked on (you have to click on it to remove it) it screws up any and all email afterwards until I am forced to reboot into safe mode and remove it that way. I have run Spybot & Destroy and Trendmicro online scanner and nothing shows. Wigs are expensive….so can someone help me out on this one PLEASE?? A short, fat, bald Italian woman running around Texas does not create a positive impression of Texan women. Thanks!

Hello woogiebear, We apologize for the delay in responding. We are swamped with requests and on occasion, some topics do get overlooked. I'm afraid I don't exactly understand what the problem is. Where do the offending emails come from? Do you actually open the emails in Outlook Express when the problem occurs? Do you have the preview pane on? Are they HTML emails or plain text? Also, can you view the headers and see where they are from? In order to help with troubleshooting this problem, we need more info. Also, you might like to post in the Other Computer Problems Area in the future for problems of this sort unless you suspect a baddie being the cause. As this is the malware/spyware removal area, this is the busiest section of our forums so topics here get bumped down real fast. Regards,
