My computer seems sluggish. I'd appreciate if someone could look at the log below and suggest how to rev it
up.

Please ask me if you have any questions.

Thanks.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time or two.

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
I believe I followed your instructions correctly.

Did we get everything clear?

Then rebooted 3 times.

On my 3rd reboot, I timed my last program, Zone Alarm, starting at the 3 min 30 sec mark.

One other thing. Zone Alarm has been running for several weeks and it says zero intrusions have been blocked. That seems unusual to me.
