Please help urgent removing reduplicating worm !

Dear All, I've been attacked and received urdvxc.exe , i know that it is a worm, after research i found out that prevx1 can remove it , i downloaded it and removed it ad found some other malicious files with it after rebooting the same file which was removed was popping up to connect to the internet so i blocked it and now each time i remove it it reappears in the same system 32 file, is there any way to get rid of it and look for its original root? NAV didn't find it ! I appreciate very much your urgent help !!

i have downloaded this tool and it found many files which were cleaned, does it delete my files totally ? i am afraid not to lose any file without being saved. Thank you , but after rebooting i did another clean and still found some others which also were cleaned . what shall i do next ?seems it is reduplicating somehow?

Download and install AVG Anti-Spyware (ewido). Then scan and save the log from the scan.
Instructions and download link can be found here.

Then run this online scan. Save the report.

Rescan with HJT and post a new log with the results from AVG .
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
