So I have a problem where when I search something on google if I click on the link it will send me to other "search engines" I followed instructions in an old thread on here and I still have the problem. I'm thinkin its a new version of this… so anyhow here is my Hijack this log….. you will see its pretty empty. I also downloaded security task manager, there is nothing strange in here. I am 3 seconds from reinstalling windows (fun)… If you notice there are alot of instances of svchost running… Im wondering if this has something to do with it… I swear the things are reproducing on their own.

Also the TCPIP registry key is the DNS I specified, I have this computer set up on a specific IP on my network so certain ports reach this system.

THanks in advance for any help

Don't open e-mail attachments without first scanning them with an up-to-date
anti virus program, even after doing that I would be very careful. Don't click on any executables in e-mails or any other links that you're not sure of.
Watch your surfing habits, don't click on or download anything you're not sure of. Don't install a program that hasn't been recommended by a reputable organization.
