hi i need you help people.

My computer turns on by it self and tries to start but restart by it self but does not start. Some times like now it actually works. I checked the ring on in bios it's off.

I have Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit
P4 2.80 GHz
512 MB ram
160GB hard drive
