hi there. my sister clicked something she shouldn't have and we're having all sorts of problems. it installed a file, and when she clicked finish or whatever, spybot went nuts with these popups and we denied them all but teatimer is still alerting every second that it blocked pmsngr.exe and such. spybot said i had smitfraud, pesttrap and some ohter things i tried to remove but obviously are still here.

pmsngr.exe and pmmon.exe are running on my comp.

thanks to anyone who can help me get rid of this junk. i was going to just click fix for those two but i knew that there was probably more complications to that, so i thought i'd ask for help from people who know what they're doing.
