My Dad's PC has slowed to a crawl. He ran three months with no virus or spyware protection. I've since installed Norton Internet suite, run Trend Micro Housecall, run Spybot, run Pest Patrol, and removed countless problems. I then ran Registry Mechanic to clean up after fixing all of the problems. When I run system scans now I don't find any new problems, but the system is still running about half the speed it did a few months ago and he hasn't installed anything new for over a year. I'm posting this log in the hope that you might be able to id a problem the AV software might have missed… This is HJT

Thanks for the help! cacloss
I forgot to mention that the system takes about 12 minutes to boot. He is only using it for email, skype, and quicken. So it shouldn't run so slow… Thanks, Again!
