LAGGGGG! Help Please.. Hijackthis file

I need help removing spyware from computer…

My internet was fine til a couple days ago now its real slow….
I have done checks with all major programs (spybot, adaware,etc.)

I cant seem to get smitfraud-c.toolbar888 off computer

also theres an entry in my registry software\micro.\MSSMGR
i have no clue what that is.. deleted it several times and it keeps coming back..
