why?

please help….if i am doing anything wrongplease let me know…..i have posted 2 times into spyware malware removal because i am having problems….. nobody replied or helped from the first post and now i am not getting any replies to the 2nd post and anyone who has posted after me is getting help??? Did i do anything wrong…? Help, please!
