I tried spyware doctor but still when I try to open ie my cpu usage goes to 100 percent and it freezes. thank you in advance

Sorry can't evaulate the Hijackit File, but I did have the same problem.
It also had mcafee.
I could not even run a scan in safe mode.
I copied the drive image over to an external drive.
I then Scanned it with Norton and it found a couple files in the system32 dir ( xtav3des.dll, xdrve9d.sys) with backdoor.trojan (really old… so I think it is bogus)
I need to get it back to the customer.
So I reinstalled OS (from XP CD, did not reformat)
I did a search for this files after reinstall, could find them.
Updated OS, mcafee and IE7 (just for the anti Phishing)
Rescanned with mcafee…. Still not not find any thing.
I returned the laptop.
Then I researched the infected files.
Found this.
