Please help Explorer.exe and iexplorer.exe clogging up my CPU

Hi I was wondering if someone would be able to help me. My computer is running really slowly and when I run task manager Explorer.exe and iexplorer.exe are using up all my CPU. I have run a few spyware programmes which made it faster for a while but it has slowed right down again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi I have rerun hijack this and this is the new log, it doesnt look to much different to the old one, what am I missing please? and could this be why my computer isnt running properly???

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [regsrv32.exe] regsrv32.exe

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\regsrv32.exe <— file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)
