Browser hijacked and computer extremely slow - please help!

It all started 5 days ago with browser hijacking and performance degradation. The first problems I found were winghy32.dll and VSToolbar. Since then, have followed all the recommendations and tried a multitude of spyware/virus scanners, with mixed results. Have used SpyBot, AVG, KillBox, ATF cleaner, Spy Sweeper, and Pc-cilling internet security 2007. Throughout week, have at various times, these have found keyloggers, bad cookies, spyware, and a trojan, but all were successfully cleaned (so they said). Still having the same problems - primarily WinAntiVirus Pro pop-ups and browser hijackings frequently as well as poor performance. Thoughts I'd try again, and followed word for word the instructions on this site to try before posting.

Spybot found nothing. Adaware found nothing. AVG Anti-Spyware found nothing. Pc-cilling Internet security 2007 found nothing, ATF Cleaner found nothing - all logs were completely clean, but problems persist. So, I'm reaching the end of my capabilities and am seriously considering reformatting - please save me from that because I don't know that I could do it properly! Quite desperate and would like guidance (too afraid to log into work or do anything useful online).

Anyway, last HJT log file as follows:

Greatly would appreciate any help you can provide.
Welcome to the forum :wavey:

Let's try this.

Rename:

C:\Program Files\HJT\Hijackthis\HijackThis.exe

To:

C:\Program Files\HJT\Hijackthis\lister.exe

Reboot, run it, and post a new log file.

If you are getting "Winantivirus" pop-ups, my thinking is that you are infected with the variant that hides from HijackThis!

If so, this process will make it appear so we can deal with it directly.
:)
Thanks for the fast response! I think you're onto something… this is much different:
