Help please --> Winlogonhook trojan

I would like your help in disinfecting my laptop. I believe I have read all the posts regarding what to do prior to posting a log file here. I have done all that I believe I needed to do. I have downloaded the latest updates to Spy Sweeper and AdAware. I have run both programs. I also have Windows Live OneCare on my system. I have run scans with that program too.

After the first scan with Spy Sweeper, it identified winlogonhook as the only trojan on the system, but it also found some viruses (virii?). I deleted everything it found. I rebooted and ran Spy Sweeper again.

Spy Sweeper is still reporting it is finding 'trojan agent winlogonhook'. Neither Windows Live OneCare nor AdAware found this trojan. I have rebooted my computer, closed all open windows, and run v1.99.1 of HijackThis. Please see the log file below. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

I read some sites about how to read the HijackThis log. It seems to me my main problems are these lines:

I rebooted in safe mode and ran HijackThis again. The same items showed up. I had HijackThis fix them. The only one it couldn't delete was wingdm32.dll.

I downloaded and ran Killbox, giving it the path for wingdm32.dll listed above. It said it couldn't delete it using 'Standard File Kill'. I changed that to 'Delete on Reboot' and ran it again. It prompted me to reboot, so I did. I rebooted into normal Windows mode.

I ran HijackThis again. Here's the log file:

I run SpySweeper again and it didn't show any signs of the winlogonhook trojan (or anything else). I hope I'm clean now!
