Hi jc99as and welcome to TomCoyote's forums :wavey:
I am currently looking over your log. As I am an Undergraduate, everything that I post to you must be checked by an Admin or Moderator. Thus, there may be a tiny bit of a delay between posts, but it shouldn't be too long. I will post back shortly with a potential fix.

Thanks for your patience!
Please Download MsnVirRem.exe to your desktop from one of the following mirrors.
  • First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot
  • Double click MsnVirRem.exe to run it
  • Once open, click the button labeled "Search and Destroy"
<<Your computer will now be scanned for Infected Files>>
  • When scanning is finished, you will be prompted to reboot only if infected. Click OK
  • Now click the "REBOOT" Button.
  • After the Reboot, you WILL receive file not found errors (usually 4) please acknowledge them and continue.
  • A Message should popup from MsnVirRem if not, double click the program again and it will finish
Please Post the contents of C:\msnvirrem.log along with a fresh HijackThis log
All right, here we go..

All right, I got a "Drive Cleaner" Pop up shortly after I rebooted and I ran the hijackthis while it was up in case it showed anything else that might be of use. That other program did seem to remove a virus which doesn't suprise me based on the computers user… dayam msn.. =o). Alright, I await your next step and I have another question for you, I can delete all those things with "(file missing)" at the end of them, right? I also got rid of a couple at the top that are now missing because they belonged to counter strike and I deleted it a long time ago so I figured theydidn't need to be there.

Thanks, Jay.
No, those files with file missing, aren't really missing.
Please follow instructions I give to you. :)

Please do not delete anything unless instructed to.

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.
  • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
  • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
  • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
  • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
  • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
  • When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
  • Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.
Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.
