I have run all the spyware programs and symantec. I don't know what else to do. Thank you. CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows Anti Verifier] Windows-Anti.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MS Config Service] Msloader32.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows Network Firewall] C:\WINDOWS\System32\firewall.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Winamp Agent] C:\WINDOWS\System32\winamp.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Windows DHCP] C:\WINDOWS\System32\___r.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Windows Anti Verifier] Windows-Anti.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Security Monitor Process] mssmp.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [MS Config Service] Msloader32.exe
(THIS ONE IS A "KEYLOGGER"!!!!)

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

c:\windows\system32\___r.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\firewall.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\maoluzcdstsef.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\winamp.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\msloader32.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\mssmp.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\windows-anti.exe <— file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)
