Windows problem, and trouble with google

Every so often I get a message saying "Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close" or something, and also I can't open google.com, even though the other versions work. Also, I get various Norton pop-ups saying certain files are trying to access the internet, which Norton says I should allow, but they seem to keep popping up and don't look normal to me.

On top of this, the other day HijackThis wouldn't run properly and said "01 items cannot be displayed". I downlaoded it again and the message didn't appear, but there are still no 01 items, though this might be coincidence.

Anyway, any help would be appreciated:

Welcome to the forum :wavey:

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [7f8e] C:\WINDOWS\System32\z1489.exe 9idf

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft standard protector] C:\WINDOWS\System32\z2752.exe

O21 - SSODL: DCOM Server 3339 - {2C1CD3D7-86AC-4068-93BC-A02304BB3339} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\3339_32.dll

O23 - Service: Microsoft ASPI Manager (aspi113210) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\aspi237189.exe (file missing)

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Now, please go to:

Start –> Run

In the box type in services.msc then hit < Enter > (or click OK)

In the Name column look for:

Microsoft ASPI Manager

< Double-click > it.

In the dialogue box that pops up, check in the Path to executable box.

It should say: C:\WINDOWS\System32\aspi237189.exe

That's how to be sure you have the right one.

Now, click Stop to stop that rogue process.

In the Startup type box, change it to Disabled.

Click Apply then OK

Close the services.msc window.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

c:\windows\system32\3339_32.dll <— file

c:\windows\system32\taskdir~.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\z1489.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\z2424.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\z2613.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\z2752.exe <— file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)
Thanks for the help. I did all of that but some things, like Microsoft ASPI Manager in services.msc, weren't there. It's worth pointing out I downloaded a program after this that may have got rid of some problems, but I don't know.

Also, I keep getting this pop-up saying:

"The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction CS:06cd IP: fff9 0P:ff ff 01 cd ff"

It happens everytime I open a new window or the computer starts up.

Anyway, here's the new log:
