Error problems

I rid my computer of like 25 viruses about a week ago and ever since then everytime I use alot of video memory my computer like goes on standby. My friends told me to download a PC error fixer so they can fix the files that were corrupted. The problem is I can't find a free fixer just a free scanner. I scanned my computer today and no addware or spyware was located on it. If anyone could help with my problem I would be forever in ya debt. I have no idea were to find the message for what happens to my computer when it goes on standby I mean no error messages pop up when I restart or anything is, there a place where all the error messages are stored or something? thanks for all your help!

You can try using Event Manager to see if any errors were recorded.
