btw what would cause 2 computers on the same DSL modem to try to get into the other one through a different port?

I don't have the answer for that. Maybe you have them setup for sharing?

This one is still there though.

If they are in C:\documents and settings\FS\local settings\temp yes kill them all.
Don't delete the Temp folder though, just whatever is in there.
A Temp folder is only used for temporary storage that alot of the bad guys hide out in.
~DF428 is currently in use or is write protected….ill get the rest that i can, it stopped when it got to that…df349b.tmp is in use as well and thats in clclean.001 dir….one of the ~DF files it said was in use by another person or computer but they all wont delete none of them

Download Avenger by Swandog, and unzip it to your desktop or somewhere you can find it. (Do not run it yet).
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/avenger.zip

Note: The Avenger must be run from a user account with administrator privileges,

and ONLY works on Windows 2000 and XP, and only on 32-bit versions!
If yours is a 64 bit version, do not use it, let me know.

Open a Notepad file by clicking Start > Run and typing Notepad.exe in the box, click OK.

Click Format, and ensure Word Wrap is unchecked.

Copy and Paste all the text inside the box below into Notepad.

Folders to delete:
C:\documents and settings\FS\local settings\temp\clclean.0001

Now save the file as RemoveFiles.txt in a location where you can find it.

Start Avenger by double clicking on Avenger.exe.

Check Load script from file:

Click on the folder symbol below and to the right, and browse to RemoveFiles.txt.

Double click it to enter it into Avenger.

Click the green traffic light symbol.

You will be asked if you want to execute the script, answer Yes.

At this point you may get prompts from your protection systems, allow them please.

Avenger will set itself up to run the next time you re-boot, and will prompt you to re-start immediately.

Answer Yes, and allow your computer to re-boot.

Upon re-boot a command window will briefly appear on screen (this is normal).

A Notepad text file will be created C:\avenger.txt.

Copy and Paste it into your next post please, along with a new HJT log.
You could try this:

Download Unlocker
Install it.
Reboot your computer.
After reboot, navigate to

C:\documents and settings\FS\local settings\temp\clclean.0001

right-click on files and choose "Unlocker".
A window should come up, click to highlight the file path and choose "unlock" (make sure "no action" is chosen in the program).
After you unlock it, right-click on the file and choose delete.
K ill do the unlocker first cause i dont know about the 64bit gamer thing lol i know its a monster laptop but my X gave it to me as a gift….so I know its loaded(also the pricetag is high enough the "cia" should have this thing" as she used to put it lol" so beats me what it is….unlocker sounds safer
Bad news, still wont delete, and unlocker finds no locking handle on the file…should i use unlocker to delete?? :( also the files inside that folder are created, accessed and modified everytime i reboot, i just checked its the same time i rebooted
