Any help would be appreciated. I have XP home running on a notebook. One user, of three, has a problem where when they open IE, and error message comes up stating IE is going to close. I have ran Spybot SD, Ad-Aware, McAfee, and Etrust but cannot find anything. I created another user on the PC and it functions properly. I can fix the problem by removing the latest MS patch for IE, MS06-042, but the problem returns when the patch is reinstalled. I have included a HiJackThis log file which I ran from the troublesome login. Any ideas? Thanks.

I noticed several people were including ewido log files, and I did not. So here is mine. Thanks for the assistance. Note, these items have been cleaned, and the problem still exists. ——————————————————— ewido anti-spyware - Scan Report ——————————————————— + Created at: 11:02:21 AM 9/17/2006 + Scan result: C:\Documents and Settings\Bundy\Cookies\bundy@2o7[2].txt -> TrackingCookie.2o7 : No action taken. I just wanted to let you know I found my issue…it was a hardware problem…bad block on the drive. I ran a utility to correct it and no more problem. Thanks anyway.
