Virus and Spyware Infected - HJT Log

I have a couple of problems going on with my comp. First, I just changed ISP's and none of this was happening prior to this change over. This said, I just ran a virus scan with Panda and it found 11 viruses that my regular virus protection did not catch. I can provide the log to that scan if needed. Secondly, I'm having a ferocious time trying to make a connection to the internet. I don't know if this is being caused by the viruses or the new ISP or a combination. Below is my HJT log and any help is greatly appreciated.

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Close the program.

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

I followed your instructions but immediately ran into a problem after selecting the Fix Checked in HJT. The object:

020 - AppInit_DLLs: daniwshb.dll msvlnv4_.dll

caused an error screen to pop up advising me to email the HJT log to an email given. I didn't do that because you were already helping. None of the other selections seemed to cause an error and were successfully corrected or deleted. Also, I couldn't find any of the files/folders you listed for deletion. I made sure I was viewing all hidden files and folders, but they weren't present. I'm posting the new HJT log as you requested.

My virus protection hasn't alerted me of anything new and AdAware is up-to-date and doing it's job. The only noticeable problem that I'm still having is that IE crashes several times a night and wants to send a report to Microsoft. This started happening at the same time Avast caught the first virus and is increasingly annoying. I do regularly scheduled updates from Microsoft and to the best of my knowledge, IE is also up-to-date. Is there anyway to reinstall IE in a fashion similar to how it was done in Windows 98? :huh:
