Hi, I am a bit of a pc dunce but will try to explain as best i can. I have a windows xp home edition with service pack 2. Whenever i download anything, then try to open it , the error message "*******has encountered a problem and needs to close, we apologise for the inconvenience." comes up. It happens with everything …I have tried all the usual virus scans etc but it says there are no problems.
