Harddrive is running low what to do

so i keep getting below the reccommended 200mb of hard drive on my pc. i just installed an xtra 128mb into the second slot but that changed nothing. what do i have to do to get more memory ??

That warning is talking about hard drive space. You installed an extra bit of RAM into your computer. Unless you have another hard drive, I recommend you do the following things:

• Uninstall all programs that you don't need
• Clear out any files that you don't need.
• Download and install Cleanup, run it, and let it remove everything.

i have done that already. i guess i am sol ? i am running xp and me on the same pc, can i uninstall me to save space ? i really have absolutely no programs on the computer at all.

btw what does the xtra ram actually help ?

No application programs at all on the PC, yet you have the Hard Disk nearly full? What is the actual Size of the Hard Drive? Have you created separate Partitions so that XP exists on a different Drive Letter, separate from the Drive Letter where ME is installed? Yes, you can uninstall ME.
