system slowing down suddenly and runtime error

my system starts normally but few minutes later it slows down and stucks. what can it be? thank you for your helps…

One trojan showing….
:oops:

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [.nvsvc] C:\WINDOWS\system\smss.exe /w

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

c:\windows\system\smss.exe <— file
(WARNING!!! DELETE THIS SMSS.EXE IN THIS FOLDER ONLY!!!)

The one in the System32 folder is the legitimate one. LEAVE IT ALONE.

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)

TrustCleaner

If you want to remove it (which is recommended) and it's not in "Add/Remove Programs", let me know and we'll deal with it another way.

I see this:

Do you have anything disabled via MSConfig that I should be concerned about?

Other that that, it looks good. :thumbup:

Do you not have an anitvirus nor a firewall active?

You need both. The firewall with SP2 is inadequate.

Free antivirus/firewalls can be found at the link below.

yes you're right ı dont have an antivirus program but ı had norton antivirus but it has done to me harm more than good. so ı decided not to use. now ı have adaware and spysweeper. ı don't have any problem with msconfig thank you very much again everything is fine :D
