Hi I have got exactly the same problems as this guy: http://forums.tomcoyote.org/index.php?showtopic=68197 and I have ran Hitman Pro 2 and various virus scanners but the Dialer.InstantAccess.k, Trojan.Dialer.qy and Trojan.Pakes all come back once I have quarantined and removed them using ewido. Here is my hijackThis logfile and i hope you can help because it is causing massive problems with my internet connection. Thanks:

Thank you so much for your help, do i need to do anything else?

By the way my safe mode wouldnt load up the desktop i log in and then it freezes on the black background with 'Safe Mode' in each corner of the screen. The only thing I could do was Ctrl + Alt + Del and the File –> Run then I located the cleanup program etc. Do you have any idea why my safe boot/mode doesnt load up properly? Also when i log on to safe mode it comes up with the system restore option but flashes away again before i have chance to click 'yes' or 'no'. Thank you very much for your help, Will.
I have uninstalled AVG and just have Norton Internet Security now. The virus hasn't gone there must be something else because all I keep getting is disconnected from the internet quite often which is REALLY annoying and I keep getting alerts like this:

[external image: Posted Image]
The file on that alert is always in C:\WINDOWS\TEMP and lots of files similar to that file name.

As soon as I press 'OK' on that alert my internet disconnects and another connection shows up in Start –> Connect to…. named 'ENTER'.

I use CCleaner because my Disk Cleanup freezes on 'compress old files' but I also use ATF cleaner aswell now.

Thank you for your help I really appreciate it.
Please download, install, and update the NEW free version of Ewido trojan scanner:
  • When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
  • When you run ewido for the first time, you may get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.
  • From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
  • After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
  • Close Ewido.
  • Boot in "safe" mode
  • Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program. Under Main choose: Select All. Click the Empty Selected button. Close the program.
  • Run Ewido. Click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on Complete System Scan. This scan can take quite a while to run.
  • If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. Select "clean" and check the boxes "Perform action with all infections" and "Create encrypted backup" before clicking on OK.
  • When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file. Make sure you know where to find this file again.
Boot in normal mode.

Please post the results from ewido and a new hijackthis log.
