Problems with Win32 Trojan:CONHOOK

I have been trying to remove this nasty carp** for a while.
Every time I try AdAware, it crashes the system and reboots, after finding one or two registry entries.

I downloaded Highjack This!, and began to try to fix it on my own, but don't want to make any mistakes, so I'm here with my logfile.

Killbox.zip © Option^Explicit

Unzip it, but don't run it yet.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

Then click "Fix checked" & close Hijack This!

Now, run Killbox.

In Killbox select "Delete on Reboot".

Paste the next line into the "Full Path of File to Delete" text box.

c:\windows\system32\pmkhifc.dll

Click the red dot with the white X in it, in the upper right of Killbox, then click "Yes", and "Yes" again.

When the machine reboots, "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread. :)
