Citofarera problem

After multiple scans & reboots I can't seem to get rid of Citofarera. Spybot keeps picking it up but it reinstalls a few minutes after the scan.

Much of the info in the forum is great and the advice w/ a hijackthis logs seems boilerplate, but I don't want to chance, hence the post. Also, because it's my work computer I deleted the domain and put "XXX.com [work domain deleted]" in place;

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

(WARNING!!! BE SURE THE FILE YOU DELETE MATCHES THIS NAME EXACTLY!!!)

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)

A little more left to do on some new items.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O15 - Trusted Zone: *.aflashcounter.com

O15 - Trusted Zone: *.dollarrevenue.com

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)
