Hi all,

Sorry if this has been posted before. I used the search engine for this site and was not able to find anything.

The problem started to occur yesterday after right clicking desktop/properties and this error appeared

Run a DLL as and App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The error reports says:

error signature EventType: InPageError P1: c000009c P2: 00000003

The technical information says:

I have run avg and no virus has been found.
