I got help a couple weeks ago for my PC, and now my friend's laptop is a mess, seems like it's been a mess for a while, it looked like it had 0 maintenance ever when I took it a couple of nights ago, I believe it had never even been defragmented until last night. I have run Ad-aware se with recommended adjustments, run ewido "normal mode" it didn't work in safe mode, then I realised "it's not XP"!! so then I installed Nod32, it has helped a little but I'm worried about a possible Rootkit as there is VM software here, and how little had ever been done in the way of security.

Other programs used:
Spybot S&D, CWShredder.. and some System Tools, Defrag, Dskclnup, Dskchk, I didn't edit the registry, it has been altered so much, and it's not my computer, so I don't want to get into a dead end, the registry has probably been completely altered by now.. so I might just recommend my friend reformat and reinstall windows. here's the log from last night:
