Hello.

I've recently had my computer infected by something called "SpyQuake" and other "fine products" from OiN, I've tried many ways to remove them and it looks like I have succeded with it.

Now to the problem, I can't use windows explorer properly, whenever I try to open "my computer" or "my documents" or even the control panel or anything it just dissappears, like *poof*, without any error messages or anything, this stopped for a short while and I was able to use it properly, but suddenly there was some runtime error message and it stopped working again.

I guess these OiN-products might have damaged XP in some way, or that there's still some trace left that messes with it.

I've tried restarting, running AdAware, Spybot. Restarting in Safe-Mode etc. nothing works, I managed to run HiJackThis so I'll post the log here in case anyone of you could help me, I'm getting desperate.

(note that some things are in swedish due to me running the swedish version of XP, sorry about this).

Go to Start > Run, enter sfc /scannow ( note the space between the "c" and "/" ) and click on OK.

This will look for and attempt to replace any corrupt system files that can be found. There are backups of some of these files on your PC and Windows will check for a copy here first. If you are prompted to insert your Windows XP disc, do so. If you don't have this disc and are asked for it, you will have to cancel at this point.
