PandaScan says infected with Virtumundo

Computer recently infected with I-search, and several Trojans; Norton Virus scan said it cleaned/quarantined them–but I wasn't convinced. So, decided to get a second opinion…ran Panda Activescan, resulting in detection of Virtumundo (but nothing else). I tried to remove it, but could not locate it in the HJT log (Winlogon Notify: ddaya and several no name BHOs look questionable, but I'm rather new at this…VundoFix did not detect rootkit files either). Also, IEXPLORE.EXE is running in Task Manager (up to six times), consuming much memory–is this legit? Where do I go from here?

Save it to your desktop.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

* Run Fixwareout on your desktop.
* Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
* The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
* You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
* Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
* Once the desktop loads a text will open (report.txt). We'll need that in a bit.

Open this file with Notepad:

C:\fixwareout\report.txt

And paste it's contents into your next post, along with a new HijackThis! log.

You had a "Wareout" infection that would hijack your search engines to their server. It would have been most noticable using Google. And there was a remnant from a "Vundo" infection. Good enough? :unsure:
